If you have already created an account with Trumin, you can log into your account here:
Your username is the email address used when purchasing tickets. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below.
New users (setting or resetting a password|
If someone has assigned tickets to you and you have never had a Trumin account, then please follow these steps for setting a password and accessing your account. These instruction also describe resetting a password for users who have forgotten their existing password.
- Click on this link: https://my.trumin.com/public/recoverPassword
- Enter your email address and click the blue button below "Send me password reset link to this address".
- Go to your email, you will have received an email from "no-reply@trumin.com" with subject "Trumin Account Password Reset" click the "Reset Password" button in this email.
- Type in a new password for your Trumin account and click the "Save" button.
In either case you should now have access to your account but if you are facing any additional issues then please send an email to support@trumin.com stating which event you are taking part in.
