What does check-in on the day of the event involve?

Check-in for festivals and non-timed events

You will need to bring: your event pass, a form of photo ID. (e.g. driving licence, passport). 

When you arrive at the event, please go to the registration area. 

Please hand your event pass and identification to one of our team members at the registration desks. They will scan your ticket and check your ID.

You are then ready to go!

Check-in for timed races

You will need to bring: your event pass, a form of photo ID. (e.g. driving licence, passport). 

When you arrive at the event, please go to the registration area. 

Please hand your event pass and identification to one of our team members at the registration desks. They will then give you your timing chip and any other race gear you need for that event e.g. bib number. 

You are then ready to go!
