What changes can I make to my profile?

 

When you log in to your MyTrumin account for the first time, you will be able to confirm your profile information and select the language for your profile. Please check the information carefully, as you cannot edit it after you have saved it on the first log-in.

You can edit your participant information by clicking on ‘My Events’, and ‘check-in now’. From here, you can change your category or heat. Please note that only available heat times will be listed in the drop-down menu.

Please also note that not all events allow heat and category changes.

If you have accidentally saved incorrect information and cannot undo it, please get in touch with our Customer Service team by emailing support@trumin.zendesk.com
