How do I transfer my ticket to another person for the same event?

  1. Please go to and login.
  2. Under My Events, click the 'Transfer' button for the order that contains the ticket you wish to transfer to another person.
  3. On the next screen click the button “Transfer to another person”.
  4. Select the ticket that you wish to transfer, enter a valid email address for the person you want to transfer the ticket to and then click the “Transfer” button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. If the event owner has set a charge for transferring your ticket, and / or if there is a difference in ticket price (discount rules at time of purchase may affect this) it will now be calculated and displayed.
  6. You will be taken to the payment screen, please enter your information and click the “Pay Now” button.
  7. A confirmation message will appear, along with a confirmation email.

Please note there may be a transfer deadline after which no transfers can be made, and certainly once the event has started no transfers will be possible - please seek relevant event information for clarification on this.
